WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK SHIP?
For all in-stock items, your order will ship 3-5 business days from receipt. We ship prints wrapped and protected in a tube along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail.
In cases where prints are temporarily out of stock due to popularity, your item should ship within 8-10 business days. If that is the case, we will notify you by email to let you know of the delay.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WHAT IF MY PRINT IS DAMAGED?
We handle and package artwork carefully to protect it during shipment, however the same careful handling is out of our control once the package is in the USPS mail system. If your package arrives damaged, you must take photos clearly showing the damage and contact us within three business days to report the damage and send us the photos. We will arrange for return shipping as needed, and will ship another print to you for replacement.
WHAT PAPER AND INKS ARE USED FOR YOUR LIMITED EDITION PRINTS?
All limited edition prints are printed with archival inks on our archival paper of choice, MOAB Entrada Natural Rag 300. Entrada is 100% cotton rag with no OBA (optical brightening agent) and a soft white, natural background. This paper conveys a feeling of warmth and softness and has a slight tooth to it. ISO brightness 84; weight 300 gsm; thickness 22.5.
