Stephen C Kuhlman retains the copyrights to all artwork presented on this site, regardless of having sold the original image. No artwork purchased, whether a limited edition print or original painting, may be reproduced and/or distributed in any form, either electronically or in hard copy printed form, without the prior written consent of Stephen C Kuhlman, even if you have purchased and now own the original artwork.

All electronic images on this site are also the exclusive property of Stephen C Kuhlman. They may be used for personal use (such as screen savers, or to share in low resolution on social media), but they may not be downloaded, captured, or in any way reproduced for commercial purposes and/or gain, without the written consent of the artist, his legal advisors, or authorized agent.

Unauthorized duplication or usage of images for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted. We protect our copyright interests.

Stephen C Kuhlman also reserves the right to reproduce his images in perpetuity. Limited edition prints are guaranteed to be a limited edition of that specific size of image. The artist has the right to reproduce the image in a different size or format and to release subsequent editions. If you own an original painting, the artist still owns the right to reproduce the image for personal or commercial purposes.
